Last Friday night I was sleeping soundly, dreaming about Mexican food or something along those lines, when suddenly I was awoken by a ringing sound. Naturally my first thought was to tell Alexa (virtual assistant from Amazon just to be clear...) to be quiet. When she didn't hear me I yelled "Alexa STOP!" when still the noise came I sat up and noticed my phone glowing, I thought there is no way its 6 am yet. When I picked up my phone I say the Principals name there calling me and thought well its 1 am so this is probably a pocket dial but just to be sure I should check. So I answered the phone and he informed me that one of the houses that the school owns had a busted water pipe near the hot water heater and I needed to go take care of it. He told me that there was smoke reported coming from the area, my first thought was oh its probably steam from the hot water heater so I wasn't too worried. So I got dressed and headed down there. FYI you can really take advantage of speeding at 1 am. Not that I would...
When I arrived at the compound I immediately realized that the smoke reported was indeed smoke, and not just any but smoke for a electrical fire. I parked and ran over to see what had happened. One of the student missionaries had turned off the power by the time I arrived on the scene. And the owner of the house had turned off the water to the danger factor was over. The house was still filled with smoke so I put my shirt over my mouth and went in to see if everything was okay. When I got to the hot water heart room this is what I saw.

The copper pipe hanging down at the right of the picture had somehow come loose and popped of the main water intake. After clearing out the house and removing the old tank less water heater, I got some time to investigate further what could have caused this. Our first thought was there was too much pressure and it caused the line to pop off but I checked the connections and re attached the copper line to the main and there was no trouble with the threads and I pulled great pressure on the lines and the held solid. My theory is that, the tank less water heater had failed and had a meltdown, and to avoid a fire God caused the main line to pop off and prevent the whole building from burning down. the more I look at everything and the more research I have done the more sure I am, that that's what happened.

The whole experience really made me realized how God takes care of us and that sometimes He will intervene in physical ways. I mean I looked at those threads very carefully and there was no damage to them whatsoever, when I screwed it back on it went on like it was brand new with now slop in the connection. Its like someone unscrewed the line. I can't rule out the possibility that God sent an angel to physically unscrew the line.
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. ~Psalms 91:11
